Capital to Coastal Andhra Special benefits to Rayalaseema!

After striving hard, people of Seemandhra lost it to Telengana in case of separate state issue. Few analysts from Seemandhra stated that the hard work of entire Coastal Andhra people in developing Hyderabad was wasted as this region will go out of their hands after few years.
This is on one side of the coin. On the other side, few Rayalaseema politicians felt like merging Rayalaseema into Telengana forming RayalaTelengana. Coastal Andhra people lost a part of their confidence on Rayalaseema due to this act. Now, people of the 9 coastal states are feeling that Rayalaseema too may fight for separate state in near future and constructing the capital city in that region is a risky attempt.
Taking these aspects into consideration, few analysts are saying that that the capital city for Seemandhra will be in Coastal Andhra and additional special benefits will be given to Rayalaseema. They are saying that, unlike Telengana, Seemandhra has the chance to build several cities. Seemandhra people can build Vizag as entertainment capital, Vijayawada as industrial capital and few more places as educational capitals in the region.
In this scenario, Seemandhra can allocated the main capital city to Coastal Andhra and few educational and industrial capital cities to Rayalaseema. In this case, even if Rayalaseema fights for separate state in future, they too will have their own developed regions and the damage will be quite less to both Coastal Andhra and Rayalaseema.
