capitals bill in Budget session of AP assembly?

Though the YSRCP government has claimed that it will bring back the three-capital bills and table it on the floor of the assembly in this session, the indications are that the bill may not be introduced in the Budget session. The ministers are still claiming that the bill is getting ready, but so far no moves are being made in this direction.
Sources say that the bill could be brought only after the new cabinet is sworn in AP. There are also doubts as to whether the government will table the bill in the next session or not. Some sources say that Jagan might use the bill as a political weapon to win the electoral battle in the 2024 elections. They say that Jagan might go to the people to seek their support on the issue and use it as a poll issue.
The State Government has withdrawn the bill on three capitals, which was tabled earlier as it had several legal loopholes. It said it would rework the bill, remove the inadequacies and then bring it back. It said taking back the bill did not mean that the government is giving up on the issue.
