Case filed against senior director of Oracle India and his wife for cheating clients

In a shocking turn of events, the head of Oracle India along with his wife were booked by the cops on the grounds of cheating customers by taking advance from them for their upcoming projects.
As per the media reports, MADS Creation Pvt Ltd, an interior designing company has collected huge amounts from the clients as advance for the projects. The company is headed by Meenu Agarwal, wife of Pradeep Agarwal, head of Oracle in India
When the clients asked them to return the money, they reportedly threatened them in the name of murder charges and sexual harassment. The victims moved the Gurgaon Police.
Following the complaint, the Gurgaon Police has lodged a case against Pradeep Agarwal and Meenu Agarwal under sections 406, 420, 506 of the Indian Penal Code(IPC). The couple received a notice from the cops too.
