Case Filed on Telugu NRI for criticizing US over COVID-19

In the wake of the US finding it difficult to combat the dreaded virus, it has been widely reported that a case was filed on Telugu NRI Devineni Swathi who accused the US of the current frightening situation.
Going into details, recently Swathi made a video in which she can be heard saying that the US failed miserably to stop the spread of the virus and added that the nation is depended on India in finding a vaccine for the Coronavirus and even made 'I am proud of India' reportedly.
Some media reported stated that another fellow Telugu NRI Shravan has filed a complaint with the police against Swathi and even explained the message to the cops as the video was in Telugu.
Swathi hails from Khammam and currently stays in New Jersey and works as a Telugu Anchor there with a channel. After knowing that a case was filed on her she reportedly apologized for her acts and said that she did not do that intentionally.
