Case on Revanth will not stand in Courts

It’s known that Kodangal MLA Revanth Reddy is caught red-handed in a sting operation .ACB sleuths caught the firebrand leader and he is now landed behind bars. Many discussion were taking place about Revnath’s future and some reports his political future will come to end if the charges proves in court.

But here comes some respite to the fans of the leader. TDP senior leader Yanamala gives the much needed breather to all gasping TDP cadres. Yanamala today said that SC ruled out sting operations and that they cannot be valid.

According to the Finance Minister of AP, the Supreme Court said that if there is no public interest behind a sting operation, it is unjustifiable and cannot be legal method of law enforcement. He reminded about a previous case where the court opined that conducting sting operation is resorting to another crime which is not acceptable. This can be a huge relief to Revanth Reddy.
