Cash Withdrawal Limits to be lifted on March 13th

The much-awaited announcement has come from the Reserve Bank of India. Weekly Limit on Cash Withdrawal from Savings Accounts are going to be lifted in two stages.
For Savings Accounts, Weekly Withdrawal limit will be raised to Rs 50,000 from existing Rs 24,000 from February 20th, 2017.
From March 13th this year, Account Holders of Savings Bank Accounts will be permitted to withdraw as much as they want from their Accounts.
Reserve Bank of India (RBI) informed Currency worth Rs 9.92 lakh crore is in circulation on January 27th. It also added, Fake Currency in circulation are just photocopied as printing of new currency notes isn't an easy job.
