Mallya pockets 900 cr: Ex-Bosses & Executives arrested!

CBI sent IDBI former Chairman Yogesh Aggarwal behind the bars in connection with Rs 900 crore loan default case of Kingfisher Airlines. Even Ex-deputy Managing Director OV Bundellu and Two Officials of IDBI were taken into custody. Very soon, IDBI former deputy Managing Director BK Batra will be arrest.
As many as 8 Executives of defunct-Kingfisher Airlines were arrested. CBI is mulling to declare Vijay Mallya as a proclaimed offender to attach his properties under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act. Enforcement Directorate attached few assets of Mallya in the country so far.
Raids were conducted at 11 places simultaneously to arrest the people involved in Rs 900 crore loan default case. In 2009-2010, IDBI Bank offered loan to Kingfisher Airlines despite its poor performance. The Airlines hardly bothered to repay the loan amount.
