It is known that YSRCP chief, Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy is facing a few cases. Both the Enforcement Directorate and Central Bureau of Investigation filed a few cases against him concerning Disproportionate assets. Now the Hyderabad CBI court gave key orders in the cases.

As per the schedule, the discharge petitions filed by the accused in Penna Cement and Dalmia Cement were supposed to be heard on Friday. However, the lawyers representing the petitioners and the Central Bureau of Investigation(CBI) sought some more time from the special court.

The special CBI court gave key orders on Friday and directed that the arguments should be finished by July 31st. Having said that, the court also said that the accused who want to file discharge petitions in the cases filed by the CBI and ED can be filed. However, the arguments should be finished though the petitions are filed in this regard. The special court also said that those who filed the discharge petitions can also file the written arguments.

Talking about the case development as of now, the discharge petitions filed by the accused in eight cases filed by CBI are finished and the hearing has been going on in cases concerning Penna Dalmia Indu-Housing Boards. On the other hand, the petitions have to be heard in ED cases in Van Pick and Hetero-Arabindo cases.

The cases against YS Jagan Mohan Reddy are being heard daily. Now the cases will be heard at a rapid pace as the special court gave orders to finish the arguments in the discharge petitions in the cases.

YS Jagan comes from an illustrious political family. His father YSR is a former Chief Minister. Jagan started his career with the Congress party and won as an MP. He parted ways with Congress with issues and floated his own party.

YS Jagan Mohan Reddy was arrested by the CBI in 2012 on embezzlement charges. He is accused of amassing huge assets. A few cases were filed by the ED and CBI. Jagan was given bail in the case after a long wait.
