CBI Raids YCP MP Candidate's Properties
By: Tupaki Desk | 30 April 2019 9:56 AM GMTThe Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) Sleuths conducted raids on the houses and properties of Industrialist Raghurama Krishnam Raju over the diversion/non-payment of bank loans. Searches has been conducted at the residence of the YCP MP Candidate in West Godavari and also in Hyderabad.
CBI Officials had come from Bengaluru and Tamil Nadu to carry out the raid on Raghurama Krishnam Raju. This is for the first time CBI raid happened on a YCP Leader since 2014.
Raghurama Krishnam Raju differed with YCP Leadership after he was denied ticket during 2014 Elections. He came back to the YCP on the assurance of Narsapuram MP Tickets ahead of the 2019 Polls. A section of media highlighted the hundreds of crores he has to pay for the banks ahead of the polling. And now, The allegations have been proven right with the CBI raids. Can TDP complain that CBI Raids are political motivated and BJP-YCP have a secret pact even after the latest development?
There was a triangular contest between TDP (Kalavapudi Siva), YCP (Raghuram Krishnam Raju) and JSP (Naga Babu) in Narsapuram Lok Sabha Constituency.
