It is known that the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) officials have tracked Sunil Kumar Yadav, main suspect in YS Vivekananda Reddy's murder case and arrested him in Goa.

After producing him before a court, the CBI sought custody of Sunil Kumar Yadav from the court so that it could help their investigation.

The Court gave its nod for the custody of Sunil Kumar. He has been under the CBI custody since Friday and reports say that he gave key information to the officials.

Reports say, Sunil Kumar Yadav gave detailed information on the weapons they used to kill YS Vivekananda Reddy.

To guide them to the place where the weapons were hidden, Sunil Kumar Yadav was taken to Pulivendula amid tight Security.

If the sleuths can lay their hands on the weapons used in the murder case, then we can come to the conclusion that the case reached the climax point.

Even it's been around two years for the sensational murder case, no one knows how Vivekananda Reddy was killed and why type of weapons were used by the killers.Searches are going on at a bridge near Pulivendula.

Sunil Kumar Yadav who was questioned by the CBI sleuths earlier in connection with the case went missing and the CBI has been on a search to nab him.

Upon receiving a tip off on the whereabouts of Sunil Kumar Yadav, CBI reached Goa and landed at his doorstep.

First he was produced before a local court and the CBI explained the case to the court and sought order to take him to Kadapa.

The court gave the order on the same and he was brought to Kadapa and again produced before a court. To question him, the CBI sought his custody.

YS Vivekananda Reddy, a former Lok Sabha member was found murdered at his residence in Pulivendula in 2019. He is YS Jagan Mohan Reddy's uncle.

Earlier, YS Vivekananda Reddy's daughter expressed her severe dissatisfaction with the development in the case and asked why no one was arrested till date.

She even visited the CBI Main Branch in national capital Delhi and addressed the media.
