Guntur YCP MP Candidate Modugula Vengopal Reddy alleged AP CM Chandrababu Naidu has been relying on Galla-Pette to retain power while YS Jaganmohan Reddy is banking on people's ballot. 'Galla Jaydev want the votes of Guntur People but he would take investments to Chittoor. Instead of voting for a non-local, People should support Me who will remain accessible to them and fight for Special Category Status. Galla Jaydev don't even know the borders of Guntur. Pappu Lokesh isn't aware of the polling date and difference between Jayanthi-Vardanthi...do we need such leaders in the Assembly?,' he questioned.
Modugula appealed people to bring back YSR Golden Era by voting for the YSR Congress Party. He urged voters to support Thadikonda YCP MLA Candidate Sridevi whom he described as a racket released by YS Jagan. He also assured Sridevi, who is local, will be at the service of people in the constituency if they vote for her.
The MP Candidate recalled the schemes introduced by late YS Rajasekhar Reddy for the welfare of Dalits and Muslims. He went on to say Jagan would do much more for the weaker sections upon becoming the Chief Minister.
