CBN's Publicity Misled UNO! Really?

AP CM Chandrababu Naidu received an invitation from the United Nations Organisation to address the delegates from across the World on the topic 'Financing Sustainable Agriculture: Global Challenges and Opportunities' at the UN General Assembly at New York on September 24th, 2018. CMO claimed Naidu was able to get a rare opportunity for promoting Zero-Budget Natural Farming in AP by spending Rs 2,500 crore per year.
According to New York times, Chandrababu Naidu have plans to promote organic farming in 60 lakh acres by 2024. Whereas, Opposition Parties in AP couldn't foresee anything of that sort happening during TDP regime.
YSR Congress Party Farmers-wing Leader MV Nagi Reddy: 'Naidu & his publicity campaigns using media has even misled the UNO. It's an open secret that Agriculture Sector has been in crisis during TDP Government and farmers committed suicides due to debts. In which region of AP did Chandrababu Naidu promote Organic Farming? Babu has successfully cheated farmers with loan waiver, even 1/4th of the loans weren't waived. Has he implemented the recommendations of Swaminathan Committee such as assuring Food Security and Market Stabilisation Fund? Just 300 farmers have been indulging in Organic Farming in Telugu States and that too in not more than 1,000 hectares. How can CM claim to be promoting Organic Farming in 60 lakh acres? This is simply ridiculous!'
