Center Not Happy With Hyd Private Hospitals

Private hospitals in Hyderabad often made it to the headlines by charging a huge amount as bills to offer treatment for the pandemic patients and earned a bad repetition.
Following this, Activist Vijay Gopal based out of Hyderabad wrote to the National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority (NPPA) on the high prices charged by the private hospitals.
He wrote a mail to the price controlling body against Yashoda, Care, and Medicover hospitals and even attached the bills of these hospitals as a piece of evidence.
National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority (NPPA) responded to Vijay Gopal's mail and slapped notices to the private hospital trio and granted 15 days to give a reply to their acts.
The Price controlling body passed on the same information to the Telangana wing of the Drug Administartion Control Director also.
