AP CM Chandrababu Naidu didn't dare to make all of his party MPs resign for Special Category Status. But now, He says by-elections won't be happening even if YCP MPs resignations were accepted as less than one year is left for Lok Sabha Polls.
What can Lawmakers do other than submitting resignations in Speaker's format while fighting sincerely for a cause? It's up to the Speaker to decide when they should be accepted. Not to forget, YCP MPs submitted resignations to Speaker on April 6th despite knowing there is a possibility of by-election. It's NDA which delayed acceptance by two months to prevent by-polls.
