Crafty and foxy Chandrababu is planning to kill many birds with one stone. With elections round the corner, he has many challenges. Coming back to power in the state is one of them. Secondly, he has to win maximum number of MP seats to dictate terms at the national level. The other problem is how to adjust seats to the defectors and the loyal partymen.
So, wily Chandrababu is solving all these problems in one stroke. He is planning to ask some key leaders, who were made ministers after they defected to the TDP from the YSRCP, to contest for Lok Sabha. According to this plan, Bhuma Akhila Priya would be fielded from Nandyal Lok Sabha seat, while Adinarayana Reddy would be asked to fight for Kadapa Lok Sabha. This will make them strong candidates for Lok Sabha and give opportunity for the loyal TDP leaders to contest from the seats they vacate. If they lose, they would be accommodated as MLCs. Similarly, he is also planning to ask senior leader and finance minister Yanamala Ramakrishnudu to contest for the Lok Sabha. Will Yanamala agree to this? Yanamala has been asking for a Rajya Sabha seat, but will he contest the Lok Sabha, which involved grueling campaigning? Will firebrand leader Akhilapriya and Adinarayana Reddy be okay with this proposal?
