AP CM Chandrababu Naidu appreciated Pawan Kalyan for taking the initiative to find a solution for Uddanam Kidney Ailments. 'Uddanam issue exists since three decades but nobody is able to find the solution till date. Even experts aren't able to find the exact reason behind the issue. I am happy to see Pawan Kalyan coming forward to find a solution. We will set up world-class kidney research institute in Uddanam using Public-Private Partnership model. We will seek the opinion of experts all over the World by holding a summit. We have already took many measures to offer temporary relief to the kidney patients. There isn't going to be fund crunch for Precautionary Measures and Permanent Cure,' he told.
Earlier, Harvard delegation has given a presentation of the research they conducted in Uddanam. Harvard University Doctor Joseph informed AP CM that kidney ailment issue exists in South America and Europe as well.
State Government claimed it has set up 3 dialysis centres for treatment of Uddanam kidney victims. In addition, 14 new dialysis centres will be coming up in the area. Measures have been taken to establish these centres for disease identification and treatment.
