AP CM's Convoy makes Ambulance wait for 20 Min

A video showing an Ambulance being stuck in Traffic in Kakinada exposed the VVIP Culture in the state. Actually, The Ambulance wasn't allowed to move until CM's convoy passed.
Dasari Pawan Kumar, a local who witnessed this incident, shot the footage and shared it on his Facebook page. He claimed Police didn't bother to clear the way for ambulance even after a request was placed before them.
This incident happened while Chandrababu Naidu was returning after attending Maha Sankalpam meeting in Kakinada. Ironically, CM pledged he would ensure wealth, health and happiness to the people during this meeting.
Netizens came down heavily saying the ambulance wouldn't have waited for 20 minutes had if cops & administration is concerned about the patient. Few people even asked Cops to realize Ambulance is the first priority vehicle and not every Indian is a VVIP.
