Alaga Janam! Why no suspension on CBN?

YSR Congress Legislator RK Roja was suspended from AP Assembly for a period of one year on ground of abusing TDP's Vangalapudi MLA Anitha and making objectionable comments on CM Chandrababu Naidu. Privilege Committee recommended Speaker to prolong the suspension to one more year stating Roja hasn't issued an unconditional apology so far. Speaker's Office has been waiting for the nod from Government to approve it.
On Monday, AP CM Chandrababu Naidu made objectionable comments against YSR Congress MLAs. He dared to describe Opposition MLAs as 'Alaga Janam' and commented: 'Mee Gundello Nidrapotha. Mee Bandaram Bayatapedatha, Mee Anthu Chustha. Puttagathulu Undavu'.
Today, Main Opposition issued an Assembly Rights Violation notice under Rule 168 against the Chief Minister for insulted all of their MLAs on the floor of the House. 'Does the rule apply for only Opposition Members? If Roja was suspended for 1 year for abusing One MLA, How many years should Chandrababu face suspension for insulting nearly 50 MLAs?,' they questioned.
