Seems like, AP CM Chandrababu Naidu is still inclined towards Special Package though several measures have been taken in the recent past demanding Special Status. The comments made by JC Diwakar Reddy in his recent interview clearly indicate it.
Anantapur MP made it clear he isn't very particular about Special Status and even Special Package which is equivalent to it is most welcomed. He even offered to take the responsibility of convincing all the Andhrites if Centre is willing to sanction abundant funds.
Political Opponents say, Chandrababu Naidu has begun yet another mind game. He might take an u-turn within few days if there isn't backlash on the views expressed by JC Diwakar Reddy.
