First Department to move to AP Capital

APSRTC is the first department to successfully shift to Vijayawada. Today, AP Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu took part in the opening ceremony of new APSRTC Bhavan. He congratulated APSRTC for leading by example in the marathon exercise taken up by Government to shift the administration to new capital Amaravati.
The speciality of new APSRTC Bhavan in Vijayawada is that people could watch feature films in the Multiplex environment. This model has been implemented for the first time in Andhra Pradesh.
AP Government wishes to shift Secretariat employees by June 27th this year. While majority of them were willing to move, Some of them weren't happy with huge rentals and lack of basic amenities.
