Babu proposes BC Quota for Kapus

AP Government seems to have succumbed to the pressure mounted by the Kapu Community in the form of movement led by Mudragada Padmanabham. Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu had in-principle agreed to offer reservation to Kapus in Education and Jobs.
Already, TDP Supremo had given directions to BC Welfare Minister Atchannaidu, Ministers belonging to BC Community and TDP-affiliated BC Associations to prepare the BC Community with an assurance that they are gonna lose nothing. In addition, Kapu Associations were asked to take part in a meeting to be participated by Chief Minister in Vijayawada soon to make an official announcement. Is it a strategic move by CM Chandrababu Naidu ahead of Nandyal by-election?
Mudragada and Kapu JAC Leaders are observing the latest developments closely. A Kapu Leader said they will launch fight for political reservations after getting reservation in education and employment.
Can the dream of Kapus be fulfilled before 2019 Polls? First of all, AP Assembly should first pass a resolution, send it to Centre & President for approval.
