Why don't CBN sack Deepak Reddy?

TDP MLA Deepak Reddy was arrested by Hyderabad police for allegedly attempting to encroach prime lands worth around Rs 165 crore. He was sent to 14 days judicial remand after producing before the magistrate.
AP Government is yet to take any action against Deepak Reddy though six cases were booked against him for alleged land scam with forgery documents. Why is it so?
Apparently, Chandrababu suspended TDP MLA Vakati Narayana Reddy from the party soon after CBI conducted raids for amassing illegal assets. Why don't he take similar disciplinary action against Deepak Reddy?
Apparently, Deepak Reddy is closely related to Anantapur MP JC Diwakar Reddy & Tadipatri MLA JC Prabhakar Reddy. It's because of this reason Naidu lacked the courage to suspend Deepak Reddy from the party though he was accused of amassing lands worth Rs 15,000 crore. CBN is in a dilemma now. No action against Deepak Reddy will send wrong indication and any action he takes might lead to the revolt of JC Brothers against party in Anantapur.
