CM Naidu okays Amaravati Designs

AP Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu has given his consent for the Amaravati designs provided by London-based company Norman Foster at last. He expressed his happiness over the designs of AP High Court and Secretariat in the meeting held Yesterday. Chief Minister suggested slight changes to the designs of AP Assembly.
The new Secretariat will have Five Towers. Four Towers were allotted for Chambers of Ministers, Chief Secretaries, Special Secretaries, Principal Secretaries and HDOs. CMO & Offices of CM's Secretaries will be constructed at a distance from here. A tower is being allotted exclusively for the Administrative Department Office.
As the designs were ready, Chief Minister instructed Authorities to start the construction work as early as possible.
Finance Minister Yanamala, Municipal Minister P Narayana, SS Rajamouli and Government Advisor Parakala Prabhakar were present during this meeting with Norman Foster Team.
