AP CM Chandrababu Naidu interacted with Mediapersons regarding the silent protest in Visakha and CII Summit.
CBN: 'Should we allow the anti-social elements to destroy the reputation of state at the time CII Summit? We have brought back the Vizag to normalcy within 8 days after Hudhud Cyclone. How could protests be held at this stage? There is red alert all over the country on Republic Day. We won't allow Pulivendula rowdyism in Visakha'.
'Centre made it clear that no state in the country will be accorded with Special Status. Today, Protests can't be held...we should only speak about patriotism. 14th Finance Commission has disapproved Special Status for AP.As I am practical, Agreed to accept Special Package. Protests will have a negative impact on the investments. Rs 2.82 lakh crore investments will arrive. Around 9 lakh jobs will be created'.
