Union Budget left CBN teary eyed

'I am left teary eyed upon knowing about the allocations to AP in Union Budget 2016. What wrong did we do to get punished? Why so much injustice is being done?' - This is how AP Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu reacted during the Politburo meeting.
Chandrababu Naidu: "NDA has presented 3 Budgets so far. On every occasion, We were let down inspite of bad situation in the state post bifurcation. While the budget deficit is Rs 16,000 crore, Centre didn't even compensate Rs 3,000 crore. There is no mention about Special Status and Special Package. Polavaram can't be completed in 4 years if Rs 4,000 crore yearly grant wasn't provided by the centre. If Centre allots Rs 100 crore per year, When could we complete this project?".
Even Finance Minister Yanamala Ramakrishnudu expressed displeasure over Union Budget 2016. There is nothing to cheer except nominal sanction of funds to educational institutions and ports. Do TDP really need to continue as NDA's coalition partner?
