TDP MP JC Diwakar Reddy created a ruckus at Visakha Airport last month after IndiGo Airlines denied him boarding pass citing late arrival. He misbehaved with the Airport Officials and even tried to damage the printer. Still, The Ruling Party MP refused to apologise and told he would be raising the issue of wrong practices of Airlines in Parliament.
A travel ban was imposed against JC Diwakar Reddy by almost all the Airlines in protest against his unacceptable behaviour. Two days ago, Both SpiceJet and TrueJet cancelled the flight tickets booked by him for travelling from Hyderabad to Vijayawada.
AP CM Chandrababu Naidu is of the feeling that JC Diwakar Reddy's Airport episode has damaged the reputation of the party. By mentioning that public representatives need to be patient, He advised the Anantapur MP to resolve the issue at the earliest by holding talks with Aviation Minister Ashok Gajapathi Raju & the concerned Airlines.
