What Naidu Gains By Moving Supreme Court?

During the Collectors Meeting, CM Chandrababu Naidu expressed the view that TDP Government will be approaching Supreme Court if Centre continues to ignore the promises of AP Reorganisation Act 2014, Special Package and Construction of New Capital.
What would Chandrababu Naidu gain by moving Supreme Court? It will become one of the crores of cases pending in the courts. In addition, There is every possibility of Centre discontinuing even the minimal assistance its been offering so far if AP Government revolts citing the issue is in the court.
Neither Supreme Court stopped the bifurcation of United AP nor found fault with division though injustice is being done to one region? Better to resolve the issues with dialogue rather than creating more confusion by involving the courts.
There is nothing AP gains from finding fault with the comments made by Telangana CM. How can AP CM expect his Telangana Counterpart to praise him or his party?Instead, Chandrababu Naidu need to focus on fighting sincerely for the welfare of Andhrites rather than aiming for Political Mileage.
