Exactly 23-Years-Ago on this day (September 1st), Chandrababu Naidu became the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh for the first time ever. He holds the records of ruling for longest period as CM in the United AP and being the first CM of Residuary AP. What lessons did Babu & People learn during his 13-and-a-half Years regime.
During his first two terms as CM of United AP, Chandrababu Naidu established himself as good administrator but invited the wrath of farmers, women & employees. That negative impression led to the dismal performance of TDP in 2004 Polls.
In his third term as CM, Naidu lost the tag of Good Administration with his soft stand towards corrupt Public Representatives and Officials. He, however, realized the importance of welfare schemes to some extent watching late YSR rule but their implementation isn't good enough.

He, however, managed to overcome the negativity with good administration and even the untimely death of NTR helped him a lot. Babu became CM for the 2nd and 3rd term with the support of BJP and Jana Sena.
