Seems like, TDP Leadership is making changes to constituencies of many Sitting MLAs/MPs and fielding new faces to overcome the anti-incumbency. AP CM Chandrababu Naidu directed Bapatla Sitting MP Sriram Malyadri to contest from Tatikonda Assembly Constituency in Guntur District.
TDP Leadership isn't happy with the working style of Tatikonda Sitting MLA Sravan Kumar against whom partymen made many complaints. So, This MLA Seat has been offered to Sriram Malyadri.
However, Malyadri is keen to contest again from Bapatla Lok Sabha Constituency. Even his mentor Sujana Chowdhary is of the impression that Malyadri is the right candidate for Bapatla MP Segment. Discussions have been continuing at present to reach an understanding.
Meanwhile, Chandrababu Naidu begun searching for a promising MP Candidate to contest from Bapatla. Former IAS Devanand is being considered for the MP Seat.
