Protest Politics: CBN Changed Colour!
By: Tupaki Desk | 1 Feb 2019 5:37 AM GMTGenerally, Prominent Personalities who stage a protest wear black badges to convey their intensions. AP CM Chandrababu Naidu has gone to the extend of changing the colour of his outfit completely. Instead of Yellow, He preferred wearing black shirt for the Assembly Sessions. Even TDP MLAs appeared in the same manner to protest against the injustice done to AP by BJP-led NDA Government.
CM Chandrababu Naidu declared February 1st as Protest Day to question Centre over its failure in implementation of Bifurcation Promises. TDP, however, won't take part in AP Bandh directly.
A Statewide Bandh has been observed on Friday for Special Category Status and Bifurcation Promises. 12,000 RTC Buses mayn't leave the depot. TDP decided to protest in the Assembly. YCP, CPI, CPM and Congress will take part in the bandh in their own way. Students, Workers Unions, People's Organisations, Amaravati JAC, Lorry Union, Private Busses Association, Government & Private Educational Institutions extended support to the bandh.
