Cash For Vote issue which has rocked the two Telugu states a few years ago is taking a crucial turn now. Telangana ACB didn't include the name of AP CM Chandrababu Naidu till now.. but they are thinking of adding his name by the end of this month. Chandigarh Forensic Lab recently submitted their report to ACB recently after analysing the audio tapes which were proofs in the case. Telangana government and ACB are mulling over adding Chandrababu name based on the forensic report. They are discussions on who are the beneficiaries in the whole case.
The question is 'Who is the first beneficiary after making Vem Narender Reddy MLC?' The report dictating the charge sheet has added Chandrababu name. If they take the Chandigarh forensic lab report as the base, Chandrababu will become first accused, Revanth Reddy will become the second accused as per another crucial person in the case, Muthaiah.
Jerusalem Muthaiah has been considered as the third accused in the case and he has been expressing his doubts on the issue from the beginning. Whenever the officials are preparing a charge sheet, they will add the name of the first beneficiary as A1. ACB will not have any troubles when it comes to the employees because they will easily get the evidence. But Cash for Vote scam is a political affair, it has created some confusion. When Revanth Reddy met MLC Stephenson, it will be beneficial to Vem Narender Reddy. TDP will benefit because of that.. and party president Chandrababu also gets the benefit.
It is to be remembered that Chandrababu 'Briefed me' audio has gone viral when Cash For Vote case surfaced. But ACB officials have clarified that they can't add Chandrababu name based on this audio. Andhra Pradesh MLA Alla Ramakrishna Reddy got the audio tested in the London laboratory and filed a private case in High Court. Court didn't consider the case saying that it is a political aspect. At the same time, the court has ordered the Telangana ACB to complete the investigation.
The ACB officials have sent the audio clippings to the forensic lab in Chandigarh. They have confirmed that it is Chandrababu voice in their report they have submitted to the ACB.
