Trump introduces Strict Guidelines for H-1B Visas

Just when the H-1B Visa applications were accepted for financial year 2017-18, Trump Administration has come up with strict guidelines to prevent US Companies from showing discrimination against the Americans.
As per the US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), Software Professionals possessing the IT Skills alone aren't sufficient. Whoever applies for H-1B Visa must be able to provide specific evidence to establish that he was hired by the American Firm for a particular position in a special case.
The Justice Department even warned US Firms over misusing H-1B Visas to discriminate against Americans. It made it clear violation of norms will be investigated and the guilty will be prosecuted.
This move is a clear indication of how Trump Administration has been forcing the Silicon Valley to consider hiring only highly-skipped foreigners and prefer Americans for low/medium-level jobs.
