Heroines exposing is always an asset to the flick. But this case can be seen only after film release. Before the film release, heroines exposing is a burden to the film producer. U rated flicks gets more response from audience as it includes family audience. A rated flicks may get response in the first few days, but it dries up completely by a week.
Hence film producers try to attract family audience with U rated films. Apart from this, the tax rate for U rated flicks is almost half of that of A rated ventures.
