Cheating Case against Celebrity Couple

Nothing seems to be working for Shilpa Shetty and her Husband Raj Kundra since the past couple of years. The IPL franchise Rajasthan Royals owned by them has been banned for 2 years by Supreme Court-appointed Lodha Panel after they were found guilty of involving in betting scandal. And now, The Celebrity Couple made headlines for allegedly cheating a Textile Firm to the tune of Rs 24 lakhs.
According to the complaint, Shilpa & Raj Kundra's Tele Shopping Company Big Deals collected Rs 24 lakh from customers to supply bed sheets of Malotia Textiles. The company, however, didn't pay the proceeds to Malotia Textiles.
An FIR was registered in Bhiwandi Police Station against Big Deal directors Shilpa Shetty and Raj Kundra under Sections 406 and 420 of IPC.
Actually, Big Deal stopped its operations in December 2015. Raj Kundra who owns 63 percent stake offered his resignation as well.
