Child Porn Videos in Top Bureaucrat's Hard Disc

Senior IAS Officer Kapil Mohan, Principal Secretary of Sports and Youth Empowerment, has brought a disgrace to his profession by satisfying his sexual pleasures with child pornography.
CID Officials recovered an external hard disc of Kapil Mohan that consist of numerous child porn videos during the raids. Most of the girls in the rape videos are in the age group 7 to 8. There were about eight CDs with content of adult pornographic. Subsequently, A case under Information Technology Act, 2000 has been filed against him.
In connection with Cricket betting scandal, CID Sleuths and Income Tax Department conducted raids at an apartment belonging to Kapil Mohan on August 5th, 2015. About Rs 4.37 crore in cash, 2.5 kg gold & diamonds, CDs, DVDs and a Hard Drive were seized. Later, The case was transferred to Lokayukta Police.
