China declared state of emergency, 17 cities lockdown

The outbreak spread rapidly over the last seven days, it also infected people in Thailand, France, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Nepal, Vietnam and Macao.
This week official in Wuhan closed airports, railway stations and suspended all public transport, it has 11 million residents. Chinese officials have expanded the lockdown to 17 cities, which combined population of more than 50 million.
