Chiranjeevi has been touring America since the past few days. After the Silver Jubilee celebrations of MAA, He took part in a private event organized by an association named KANA.
On this occasion, Chiru made some interesting comments about his political career. The Actor-turned-Politician got very emotional while saying he has neither chosen wrong routes nor stooped to a low during his journey. 'Never did I thought I would participate in this kind of an event. I wish to open up in this get-together organized by Fans. Many Kids have come for KANA event. Not to trouble them much, I thought of concluding the event by 3 PM. It's only because of your love and affection, I decided to speak in an elaborate manner. I was here for TANA event. After landing here, I came to know about KANA. You are more like a Silent Soldier for Me. Without expecting anything in return, You have done everything possible wholeheartedly…that has given Me immense satisfaction. Service being done by KANA inspired Me. I thank everyone who organized this event on a grand note. I would have lost so much had if I missed this event,' he told.
Saying that he stepped into politics for Social Justice, Chiru maintained he accepted the verdict given by people in 2009 Polls. He defends merging PRP with Congress for achieving the social justice he believed. He claims to have done whatever possible to the state during his tenure as Tourism Minister. 'I am not a failure. Did my best to the people as MLA and Union Minister. I have moved ahead politically, but neither stooped nor walked in a wrong path,' he claimed.
