Chiranjeevi pushes Pawan Kalyan into defensive mode

The Visakhapatnam steel plant built with state-of-the-art technology is all set to get privatised. The Union Government made it clear that the plant will be privatised and the government's stake will be disinvested from all the Public Sector Undertaking (PSU) including Visakhapatnam Steel Plant.
After the Centre made its stand clear on Vizag Steel Plant, the ongoing protests received support from various sections. The protests to save Vizag Steel Plant received support from Telangana IT Minister KTR.
Former Politician, Mega Star Chiranjeevi too extended his support to the ongoing protests. In his tweet, Chiranjeevi said, Vizag Steel Plant is the symbol of numerous sacrifices and urged everyone to raise above parties and regions to save the steel plant.
In his post, Chiranjeevi termed the decision to privatise the Vizag Steel Plant on the reason that the steel plant is making losses. Our main duty is to save the plant. Let us save the plant with a strong will, he said.
'Visakha Steel Plant is a symbol of numerous sacrifices. Let's raise above parties and regions.With a Steely resolve, Let's save Visakha Steel plant!,' Mega Star Chiranjeevi tweeted.
Chiranjeevi also reminded how the steel plant was set up with several sacrifices and struggles. He also said, during his college days in Narsapuram college, they have written the slogan Visakha Ukku Andhrula Hakku on the college walls.
Chiru's post pushed Janasena chief Pawan Kalyan into a defensive mode. Pawan met Delhi leaders several times, but he couldn't save the plant. Now everyone is eagerly waiting for Pawan Kalyan's response.
Earlier, Pawan Kalyan has reportedly supported the Centre's decision and said privatising the Steel Plant is part of the national policy of the Union government.
