Citing MLA's behavior as Reason,Sarpanch leaves Ruling Party!

He is a sarpanch who had won the recent elections with a supermajority and he has been working with the party for the past few years. However, things are not going well between him and the party leaders reportedly. Unable to deal with the issues, the sarpanch had shocked the ruling party by leaving his party membership.

Going into detail, one Reddyvari Pratapa Kumar Reddy who is the serving Kalikiri Panchayat Sarpanch who is not having a good time with the ruling YCP had decided to leave the party and he had resigned from the party membership.

While the ruling party sarpanch leaving the party membership came as a surprise to one and all. The reason behind the sarpanch taking the shocking decision is said to be the issues he has with the MLA.

The sarpanch alleged that he has been supporting Ramachandra Reddy irrespective of which party he represents. Expressing his dissatisfaction with the MLA's behavior, Reddy said that despite doing all this, the MLA is ignoring him and his followers and unable to deal with this, he had decided to quit the party.

Recalling the days when he has been supporting the MLA no matter if he is with Telugu Desam Party, Praja Rajyam, or YCP, the sarpanch alleged that with him supporting the MLA, he has to face issues with the Nallari family, which enjoys a stronghold in the region.

Listing out the issues he has been facing with the YCP leaders, the Sarpanch said that even his rivals did not behave with him in such a manner where the party members, mainly the MLA he has been supporting all these days, is behaving. He recalled a sad incident where he was thrown out of a meeting. The MLA's personal assistant was behind this. I had never faced such humiliation in my life, he alleged.

Talking about the ill-treatment he received, Reddy mentioned an incident where the MLA had picked another person for the Mandal Praja Parishad despite winning the sarpanch elections without no support from the party and the MLA. Seeing all this, my followers asked me to leave the party, respecting their decision, I have decided to leave the party, he said.
