Names of eight players, who were close contacts of krunal pandya are out!.

The ongoing India vs Sri Lanka series was impacted by the Covid as the second T20 was postponed to Wednesday, which was earlier supposed to be held on Tuesday.
It all happened when Indian all rounder Krunal Pandya was tested positive for Covid in the RT PCR tests conducted on Tuesday ahead of the match.
As he was tested positive, the BCCI had sent him to an isolation facility to see that the virus is not spread further among the squad members.
When the other members of the squad were tested as many as eight players were found as the close contacts of Krunal Pandya. The BCCI confirmed the same in a press release that was released the other day. However, the names of the players were not disclosed by the BCCI.
According to the media reports, the eight players, who are said to be the close contacts of Krunal Pandya are as follows, Hardik Pandya, Ishan Kishan, Krishnappa Gowtham, Devdutt Padikkal, Prithvi Shaw, Surya Kumar Yadav, Manish Pandey and Rahul Chahar.
Clearing the airs on the possibility of the second match, the Sri Lankan cricket board said that the match will be held tonight and the close contacts will be not a part of the playing squad in today's match and tomorrow's match as well as a precautionary measure.
