hallenging the closure orders served by the Andhra Pradesh government led by Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, the Amara Raja Group owned by TDP MP Galla Jayadev family moved the Andhra Pradesh High Court.

As a major sigh of relief to the Amara Raja group, the High Court suspended the government orders and asked the government to give a chance to the film to act in accordance with the Pollution Control Board.

During the arguments, the counsel representing the Amara Raja Group told the court that the Battery manufacturing company has not violated the norms and has been implementing the Pollution Control Board's guidelines.

Earlier, the Andhra Pradesh Pollution Control Board slapped closure notices to the conglomerate company headquartered in Tirupati to shut the manufacturing units in the state for violating the pollution norms.

After receiving the notices, the Amara Raja group knocked on the doors of the Andhra Pradesh High Court. The Court orders gave a sigh of relief to the Andhra Pradesh-based company.

On Thursday, the Andhra Pradesh High Court reportedly raised several objections on the Coronavirus issues at the ground level and said that, in terms of providing beds and vaccines to the patients, the government has failed.
