I lost My Elder Brother: KCR

Telangana Government Adviser (Irrigation Department) Vidyasagar Rao passed away due to bladder cancer. CM K Chandrasekhar Rao got very emotional upon seeing the mortal remains of Mr.Rao and shed tears as well.
KCR: 'Telangana will never forget Vidyasagar Rao. During the Statehood movement, He created awareness among people about the injustice being done in Irrigation with statistics. I lost my elder brother Today. It's an irreparable loss for Telangana. After Jayashankar, Vidyasagar Rao is a great son of Telangana soil. One of the irrigation projects in Telangana will be named after him'.
