CM Kiran to be replaced! Is it the right time?

Speculations were ripe that Congress high command is thinking on sacking Kiran Kumar Reddy from the chief minister post for defying it mandate on the state bifurcation. A party loyalist will be given the chance this time for the smooth implementation of division of Andhra Pradesh and Sonia Gandhi has already figured out who fits the bill. Convening Congress state-level co-ordination panel all of a sudden on November 8th has given strength to these reports.

The question here: Is it the right time to replace Kiran? Seemandhra people have been treating Kiran Kumar Reddy as a hero ever since he revolted against party leadership regarding the statehood issue. Sacking him at this juncture will only complicate the things and Samaikyandhra agitators might resort to violence protesting the move.

Madam Sonia will have to be careful while taking any single action against CM Kiran at the moment.
