Did CM Ramesh Just Bring Down NCBN Range?

Enthusiastic members from different parties try to please their party leaders o their big moments by giving out big advertisements in major newspapers.
CM Ramesh, two time Rajya Sabha MP from Telugu Desam Party, did the same to thank Nara Chandrababu Naidu in a local newspaper.
While his enthusiasm is great, he described Nara Chandrababu Naidu as leader of 5 crores Telugu in Navyandra Pradesh.
Chandrababu normally says that he is the leader of 10 crores Telugu people and his party, TDP is a National Party as it is active in Two states and many Telugus in other states are also taking him as an inspiration.
He claims to be the leader of Telugu people around the world and an inspiration for everyone.
But limiting his range to just Andhra Pradesh is in a way indirectly saying that all his tall claims are baseless.
Did CM Ramesh just do that? How come he never looks to fight in general body elections is also a big question for Political analysts, even though he claims to be a popular political leader and representative of people?
Now, how will cadre of TDP react to this? Even though it may not come out explicitly, internally CM Ramesh will receive some kind of wake up call from TDP leaders.
