CM Settles Issue Out of Court

Former chief minister of Tamilnadu Miss Jayalalitha settled her disputes with income tax department yesterday. Jaya has multiple disputes related to tax evasion facing charges .
Jaya and her friend Shashikala was the primary convicts in this case. The duo who ran businesses under Jaya publications and Shashikala enterprises was failed to file IT return related to 91-92,92-93 years. Even after multiple notices from IT department jaya and Shashikala failed to reply. Considering this delay IT department approached court and asked to pay penalties. After multiple hearings Supreme Court suggested Jaya to settle case out of the court. Though Jaya who reluctant to do this initially had settled finally after her recent conviction in other corruption cases. It's came to know that Jaya paid all the debts to IT yesterday evening putting an end for the long pending issue
