AP Chief Minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy suggested District Collectors and SPs in the state to hold a meeting every week in the name of Coffee Together Programme.
During Tuesday's review meeting, Jagan ordered: 'Coffee-Together Programme should be conducted every week so that Collectors and SPs could meet and resolve land disputes. Upon exchanging the list of land disputes between Collectors and SPs, It should be forwarded to Tahsildars on Wednesday. Tahsildar, SI, Surveyor, RI and VRO should meet on Thursday to resolve the land disputes. Law & Order Situation is being created due to land disputes. Suggestions given by Prakasam District Collector and SPs are impressive. All the Officials should follow them. I am saying it again..there shouldn't be any corruption'.
Land Disputes has been increasing at an alarming rate because of the rising cost. Within months after the formation of the government, CM Jagan passed strict orders to the higher officials for doing justice to the actual land owners. He did stress that corruption at any level won't be tolerated during the YCP rule.
