Commercial jets fight over path lead to mid-air scare

An Indigo flight from Bagdogra came close to a descending Air India plane over Bagdogra in West Bengal on Friday afternoon, Raising alarms over collision and it was and hour drama and given scare to 250 passengers nearly.
Air Traffic Control(ATC) has given clearance for both the flights mistakenly . Flight number AI 879 and Indigo 6E472 carrying 120 and 130 passengers was got clearance over 30000 ft.Flight almost near to 1000 mt. Both the flight captains identified the situation in the last minute then immediately both the captains are in sync and taken the necessary steps to avoid the collisions otherwise incident endup with lots of people life's. The incident took place on Friday evening.
DGC is put up an inquiry on this incident to investigate the issue and try to take necessary steps to avoid same sort of issues in near future.
