Will Chevella Sentiment Work For The Congress?

Late YS Rajasekhara Reddy converted Chevella into a point of pilgrimage for the Congress. All his yatras, campaigns and other programmes used to begin from Chevella. Chevella to Ichchapuram was the route of his historic Praja Prasthanam. Several Congress leaders too feel that Chevella is a lucky omen for the Congress Party.
However, will Chevella sentiment work this time? There are doubts. There are some Congressmen who feel that Chevella sentiment worked only for YSR and not for the Congress. The public meeting at Chevella would be held at 4 pm on March 9. Rahul Gandhi will arrive from Karnataka and address the gathering.
