Congress Leader Fined By UP Police For Violating Traffic Rules

Looks like the dispute between UP police and Congress leader between Priyanka Gandhi Vadra will not end soon. While Priyanka alleged that a CRPF personnel has threatened her security people and told her to restrict her movements, the armed force rubbished her allegations.
The armed force confirmed that there is no breach in Priyanka's security and blamed her for violating the rules and traveling as a pillion without a helmet.
CRPF is providing armed commandos to Priyanka who has Z+ category security cover said that they were unable to conduct advance security liaison(ASL) protocol with Priyanka having an “unscheduled movement" and lack of prior intimation from her.
As the latest development, the National Secretary of AICC Dheeraj Gujjar was fined by the UP police for not wearing a helmet and not offering his pillion rider Priyanka Gandhi a helmet. He was fined Rs 6,100 for not wearing a helmet and violating some rules. The police alleged that he doesn't have a driving license also.
Traffic SP Poornendu Singh confirmed the same and said, "The scooter was driven dangerously, flouting several traffic rules. So a challan was issued to Dheeraj Gurjar." In the challan, the traffic department has found a total of five violations. "The challan was issued for driving without helmet, violation of traffic rule, vehicle with faulty number plate, dangerous driving and driving without licence".
