Viral: Did Voters Chased & Beaten Up MLA?

At times, Political Leaders face the wrath of voters. A Viral Video which was in circulation since July 13th conveys the message that the Leader being chased and beaten by voters is BJP MLA Shankar Lal Sharma from Dausas in Rajasthan. The video clip was shot when Bharat Bandh was observed across the nation in protest against the decision of Supreme Court on SC/ST Atrocities Act.
Shankar Lal Sharma clarified the man in the viral video isn't him. He informed that his party workers had even staged protest at the collector office regarding the same issue.
The Leader chased and beaten up in the video is the former Congress MLA Ramkesh Meena from Gangapur. In 2009 Polls, Ramkesh Meena got elected as MLA on BSP Ticket. He also served as Parliamentary Secretary in the past.
When he was contacted about the viral video, Ramkesh Meena refused to respond on footage which was recorded by onlookers during Bharat Bandh.
